Dacou group exhibition

A group exhibition profiling artists represented by DACOU. This exhibition includes the expressionist paintings of the Elders at Irrultja, the Pwerle Sisters, juxtaposed with the meticulous dot constructed paintings of their large extended family.

Artists represented include: Emily Kame Kngwarreye, The Pwerle Sisters (Minnie, Molly, Galya and Emily), Barbara Weir, Gloria Petyarre, Lizzie Pwerle, Katie and Janie Petyarre Morgan, the Pwerle Ross Brothers, the Hunter family (Molly Pwerle’s children), Anna Petyarre Price and Freddy Purla. All paintings supplied are certified authentic by DACOU who subscribe to the City of Melbourne’s Code of Practice
